Wasnt sure if it would fix my problems. Some problems were the ones stated but I had other problems too. I bought the truck at an auction. No wipers, one window stopped working, changed fuses out, and it would smoke them. Shop wanted over 1k to fix it. This place had a rental program I didnt know. I got out the cheapest. I got the wiper AND the window windows working again. But my other problems were ground related. It came with a very easy to read fuse diagram and that was impressive and didnt have to do that. Showed how to do a soft reset and easy easy to explain instructions. Im old and this was plug and play. I saved money and hope they can use my core to help the next person who has a vehicle acting like its possessed

I like the set up and the easy to understand website. Huge difference for old man like me, cause i have to enlarge my screen so when websites load it with stuff, its hard for me to find it.

He folks here were and have been very helpful during my purchase..I received my new unit the next day...There was a missing fuse in the new unit I was sent and they apologized for the oversight and told me to swap the fuse from old unit to the new however in the end the TIPM wasn't the issue in my vehicle and now I'm attempting to return the unit under the rental/return process..which I find to be a nice feature they offer.So now I'm just waiting to hear from them about the return..I hope it's as simple as they make it sound ...I will be back to comment later on how this goes.

The last two alpha characters in TIPM Part Numbers refer only to the date of manufacture and are completely interchangeable with each other.02
The presence or absence of a leading zero as the first character in the part number is not significant. It may appear on your old TIPM with or without a leading zero.03
If your old TIPM, or one recommended by a Dealer, begins with "RL" this simply means that Chrysler had "rebuilt" your old TIPM, or that the Dealer only offers Chrysler-rebuilt TIPMs instead of the original which may no longer be available. In these cases they have merely replaced the first 2 numeric digits in the part number with "RL", meaning "rebuilt", with no actual functional difference.04
