Received my tipm and when I was verifying the fuses and relays, I noticed that the new tipm had 6 fewer then my old one. I called the tech support the get advice and after about 20 minute call, I was told rep would call be back but that didn't happen. Still need to get a call back so I know if I have to send the new one back. Please advise.

Awesome experience!!! Got the new installed and appears all is well now. No more glitchy wipers, blower is no longer on the fritz, and no more parasitic draw. Greatest thing I didn't have to give up the first born, no blood sacrifice and sell my soul to the Dodge dealership to get a repair done.

I ordered a VIN-programmed TIPM for my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee to fix a climate control issue. The new TIPM arrived very quickly and while my climate control was functional again, my door locks no longer work. If I put my old TIPM back in, the door locks work again but I'm back to no climate control. I contacted MAKS tech support, who sent a checklist of install tips. With the new TIPM installed, I performed a series of resets and tests, none of which fixed my door lock issue. I even made and sent videos to MAKS to show them the issue. As a last ditch effort, I swapped all the relays one by one over from my old TIPM to see if there was a bad relay. Nothing changed. Given I'm in Canada, this TIPM cost me almost $1,100 and I've simply traded one problem for another. The customer service at MAKS is virtually non-existent, it's been 3 weeks since I've heard anything. I called them again today (which costs a fortune) and talked to an AI customer service rep that couldn't actually do anything but offer a call back. I have young children in the back seats and I need to be able to rely on my door locks. I opted to spend a lot more with MAKS then somewhere like GoECM because the reviews were good. I am not finding this to be the case at all. Very disappointed.
